The vsa light is on every time I drive the triangle hazard light and the abs light is on

I was driving down the highway at 60mph when suddenly the car threw itself in reverse! No one was behind me, but I had to quickly brake and back into the shoulder and put it in “Park”. It has also suddenly shut down without warning while in drive. This has happened several times at different speeds, sometimes at a red light.

I STARTED MY CAR UP IN THE MORNING AND WARMED IT UP FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES THEN AS I GO TO PUT IT IN REVERSE THE BATTERY LIGHT CAME ON I THEN PUT MY CAR IN PARK AND TURNED IT OFF THEN I TURNED IT BACK ON AND THE BATTERY LIGHT WAS STILL ON I DECIDED TO JUST GO BECAUSE I HAVE TO BE AT WORK IN AN HOUR AS I AM DRIVING DOWN I FIVE THE RADIO STOPPED WORKING LIKE THE SIDE OF THE VEHICLE STARTED FLICKERING AND MY HEADLIGHTS TURNED OFF AND I WAS NOW DRIVING DOWN I-5 IN THE DARK. IN 2008, I PURCHASE A NEW HONDA ACCORD V6 PAID WITH FINANCING $25,000. I PURCHASE A BRAND NEW VEHICLE TO NOT HAVE TO BE BOTHERED WITH SOMEONE ELSE PROBLEMS. WHEN MY CAR REACHED 100 THOUSAND MILES IN THE WINTER, I HEARD A LOUD KNOCKING SOUND UNDER THE HOOD AND I WAS LOOSING A LOT OF OIL. I TOOK MY CAR TO THE DEALER. MY ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AND START BLINKING. THE DEALER PULLED THE DTC AND THE P0301 COLD WAS PRESENT. A SERVICE BULLETIN 13-078 AND CASE # 312-CV-01377-S1 TOLD ME THAT WOULD BE NO COST TO ME BECAUSE I WAS A CLASS MEMBER. THIS WAS FROM A CLASS ACTION FILING THAT 1.5 MILLION HONDA WERE DEFECTIVE BECAUSE OF A MANUFACTURER DEFECT. I WAS TOLD THIS WOULD FIX MY $25,000 INVESTMENT HONDA I PURCHASE AND PAID IN FULL. SINCE THEN I WENT TO THE COMMUNITY HONDA DEALERSHIP IN ORLAND...
AT 90,000 CAR SHOOK AND WAS MISFIRING. CODES PULLED WERE P301 AND 304. SPARK PLUGS 1-4 WERE REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE DUE TO HONDA SERVICE BULLETIN 13-078 WHICH EXTENDED THE WARRANTY TO 8 YEARS ON ENGINE MISFIRES. MY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE PISTONS AND THE PISTON RINGS WERE NOT INSPECTED AT THAT TIME. WHY NOT? WHO KNOWS WHAT CONDITION THEY WERE IN? THE CAR WAS RETURNED TO US WITH SPARK PLUGS AS BAND-AIDS! IT HAPPENED AGAIN AT 103,000 MILES (WHICH WE PAID FOR) AND NOW AT 128,000 THE DEALERSHIP SAYS WE NEED A COMPLETE LOWER ENGINE REBUILD TO REPLACE PISTONS 1-3. SINCE LAST 5 YEARS I NOTICED LOUD GRINDING NOISE AT STARTUP, ONLY IN THE MORNING WHEN I FIRST START THE ENGINE. NOISE DOES NOT HAPPEN ON STARTUPS DURING THE DAY AND THE ENGINE RUNS FINE. THE VTC ACTUATOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MECHANIC EXPLAINED THAT IT WAS NOT MERELY DEFECTIVE, BUT WAS A DESIGN DEFECT, FOR WHICH THERE HAD BEEN RECALLS FOR OTHER/LATER MODELS YEARS. I CONFIRMED THIS WITH A GOOGLE SEARCH. I WAS TOLD THAT, WERE THE PART NOT REPLACED, THE DAMAGE COULD BE CATASTROPHIC. COST - OVER $600. I COMPLAINED TO HONDA OF AMERICA, AND SOUGHT REIMBURSEMENT. THEY DENIED IT, SAYING IT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY. CAR HAS ABOUT 88,000 MILES AND WARRANTY WAS FOR 5 YEARS AND 30,000 MILES. HOWEVER, HONDA OF AMERICA REPRESENTATIVE SAID HE WOULD SUE HONDA IF IT WERE HIM. I SHOULD RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT, AND THERE SHOULD BE RECALL ON THIS PART.

WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH AND ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE LANES, AN ABNORMAL NOISE EMITTED FROM UNDER THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE AND THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION MISFIRED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 11V395000 (POWER TRAIN). THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 80,000.

I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE IN FEBRUARY 2015 AND THE ISSUES WHICH I HAVE FACE ARE: POOR(WORN) STRUTS, AXLE(OUTPUT SHAFT) SEAL LEAK, VTC ACTUATOR WHICH THE DEALER DOES NOT WANT TO HONOR THE WARRANTY DEFECT, AND POOR MOTOR MOUNTS. IN ADDITION, THE STRUTS CAUSED ONE OF THE TIRES TO POP DUE TO A BUMP ON THE TIRE, AND THE PASSENGER FRONT TIRE HAD TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE OF THE BUMP ON THE TIRE WHICH AGAIN IS DUE TO THE STRUTS BEING BAD.

THE CONTACT SHIFTED INTO REVERSE AND NOTICED AN ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM THE ENGINE. THE CONTACT WAS THEN ABLE TO PARK BUT WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS PLACED INTO THE DRIVE POSITION, THE ENGINE SHUT OFF INDEPENDENTLY. THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESTART. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION AND FRONT MASK FAILED NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 93,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
ON 12/22/2014, MY 2008 HONDA ACCORD LX (WHICH HAS 98,300 MILES ON IT) WAS TOWED INTO MY LOCAL HONDA DEALER. THE REASON FOR MY HAVING IT TOWED INTO MY LOCAL DEALER WAS DUE TO THE FACT THAT MY ENGINE FAILED WHILE DRIVING ON A RESIDENTIAL STREET DRIVE TWO MILES FROM MY HOME. THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE CONTACTED ME VIA PHONE AND LET ME KNOW THAT THERE WAS NO COMPRESSION IN CYLINDER 2 AND THAT I LIKELY NEEDED A NEW ENGINE. THE INITIAL ESTIMATE WOULD BE $6,000 FOR...
I PURCHASED THIS CAR LAST YEAR AND IT HAD OVER 150000, AS I CHECKED THE OIL I NOTICED IT WAS LOW I HAVE ADDED 1 QT IN BETWEEN EVERY OIL CHANGE.
