Consumer Description
2008 HONDA ACCORD. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO VEHICLE REPAIR SERVICES AT DEALERSHIP AND TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT ISSUES. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED SHE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR A 55,000 MILE POINT INSPECTION. HOWEVER, THE DEALER PERFORMED OTHER WORK SHE DID NOT REQUEST. THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONSUMER, THE VEHICLE NEEDED A NEW TRANSMISSION. AFTER THE TRANSMISSION WAS INSTALLED, THE VEHICLE PERFORMED EVEN WORSE. THE VEHICLE SHOOK IN A VIOLENT MANNER. *JB
