I HAVE A 2006 CHRYSLER 300 TOURING AND I HAVE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES WITH THIS CAR. FROM THE FIRST WEEK THAT I BOUGHT THE CAR(2/10/2013) USED WITH 71,000 MILES THIS CAR HAS CAUSED ME PROBLEMS. THE FIRST ISSUES I EXPERIENCED WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE TRANSMISSION. THE CAR WOULD ACT LIKE IT WAS SEARCHING FOR THE CORRECT GEAR BY SHIFTING UP AND DOWN ON ITS OWN EVEN WHEN I WAS NOT ACCELERATING, THIS WOULD HAPPEN WHENEVER I WOULD GO OVER 40 MILES PER HOUR. THE PROBLEM ENDED UP BEING THE THROTTLE BODY INSIDE MY TRANSMISSION. THE NEXT ISSUE I EXPERIENCED WAS A SHIFTING IN THE FRONT END WHENEVER I WENT OVER A SPEED BUMP OR POT HOLE IN THE ROAD, I FOUND OUT THAT THE STRUT, BALL JOINT, AND THE ROCKER ARM HAD TO BE REPLACED ON MY FRONT END. THEN THE DIALS ON MY DASH STARTED TO GO CRAZY...
BETWEEN MULTIPOINT VEHICLE INSPECTIONS PERFORMED IN 12/2008 AND 11/2009), MY VEHICLE DEVELOPED A REAR AXLE DIFFERENTIAL SEAL LEAK. WITH LESS THAN 59000 MILES NORMAL VEHICLE OPERATION AND LESS THAN THREE YEARS OF OWNERSHIP, I AM CONFRONTED WITH A DEFECTIVE REAR AXLE DIFFERENTIAL SEAL. WITHOUT REPLACEMENT OF THIS EXPENSIVE FACTORY DEFECT, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY FOR THE REAR AXLE TO OVER HEAT AND POSSIBLY IGNITE THE VEHICLE AFIRE. *TR
THERE'S A MISS IN THE ENGINE WHEN DRIVING AT LEVEL OR STEADY SPEED ...DOESN'T MATTER HOW FAST OR HOW SLOW.. GEAR SHIFTER IS HANGING UP AND HARD TO GET OUT OF PARK TO DRIVE... GAS MILEAGE IS A LOT LESS THAN RATED... *NM
