THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO (JEFF WYLER SPRINGFIELD AUTO MALL LOCATED AT 1501 HILLCREST AVE, SPRINGFIELD AVE, SPRINGFIELD, OH 45504, (937) 325-4601) BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 148,061.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHRYSLER 300. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WOULD ACTIVATE INDEPENDENTLY. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD BE TURNED OFF WITH NO KEY IN THE IGNITION AND THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WOULD FAIL TO POWER OFF. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE POWER MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 114,959.
