BETWEEN MULTIPOINT VEHICLE INSPECTIONS PERFORMED IN 12/2008 AND 11/2009), MY VEHICLE DEVELOPED A REAR AXLE DIFFERENTIAL SEAL LEAK. WITH LESS THAN 59000 MILES NORMAL VEHICLE OPERATION AND LESS THAN THREE YEARS OF OWNERSHIP, I AM CONFRONTED WITH A DEFECTIVE REAR AXLE DIFFERENTIAL SEAL. WITHOUT REPLACEMENT OF THIS EXPENSIVE FACTORY DEFECT, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY FOR THE REAR AXLE TO OVER HEAT AND POSSIBLY IGNITE THE VEHICLE AFIRE. *TR
