2016 CADILLAC SRX Fuelpropulsion System Problems

On Sept 26 2021 I was driving my car when I noticed it began jumpy and would hesitate at high speeds then when coming to a stop. After coming to a stop my car seemed it was stalling out while sitting at the stop light. Proceeded to go and my car didn't want to go into 1st-3rd gears. I just got this car 5 months ago It is very concerning when I need to make a sudden acceleration and cannot. I am highly concerned my car has a recall that never was issued to fix this dangerous problem.

I ASKED THE DEALER IF THE VEHICLE WE WERE CONTEMPLATING BUYING HAD ANY ACCIDENTS.DEALER SHOWED ME A CARFAX THAT DID NOT REFLECT ANY ACCIDENTS AND STATED AS SUCH. UPON GOING IN TO TRADE MY VEHICLE THIS WEEKEND I WAS MADE AWARE THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN THREE ACCIDENTS WITH STRUCTURAL DAMAGE AND THE VEHICLE IS SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN PAID. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THE DEALER FOR THE CARFAX. THE STRUCTURAL DAMAGE ACCIDENT HAPPENED LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE SELLING TO ME AND HAD NOT BEEN REFLECTED ON THE CARFAX YET THE DEALER KNEW. I ALSO PAID OVER $500 FOR A FUEL INJECTOR ISSUE THAT WAS CAUSING ENGINE MISFIRING. ON A LONG TRIP MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STARTING FLASHING. I GOT IT INTO A REPAIR SHOP IMMEDIATELY.
