Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2017 Ford Edge. The contact received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 20V469000 (Service Brakes, Service Brakes, Hydraulic), 22V413000 (Power Train), 25V544000 (Service Brakes, Hydraulic), and 25V572000 (Back Over Prevention). The contact stated that while driving out of the driveway at 10-15 MPH, the brake pedal was depressed and went to the floorboard. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The local dealer was contacted and confirmed that parts were not yet available for the recall repairs. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 97,000.
