NHTSA Complaint #11674251 — 2020 FORD F-150

The contact owns a 2020 Ford F-150. The contact stated that the front camera was inoperable. Additionally, the contact stated that while reversing, the rearview camera image was black or frozen intermittently. The contact stated that the rearview camera had also remained activated temporarily while driving. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 20V575000(Visibility, Back Over Prevention). The dealer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the manufacturer for assistance. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the VIN was not included in the recall. The contact was referred to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 37,000.
