Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while driving approximately 40 MPH with a front passenger seat in the vehicle, the front passenger seat headrest restraint was erroneously deployed. During the failure, no collision had occurred to cause the deployment. No injury was reported. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. The failure mileage was 101,000. The VIN was not available.
