Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that after he had pulled off the road and was rested in a parking lot, the driver-side headrest deployed without warning. The contact called the dealer and made an appointment to have the vehicle serviced. The manufacturer had yet to be notified of the failure. The vehicle had yet to be repaired for the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 86,000.
