THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LARRY ROESCH CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM (200 W GRAND AVE, ELMHURST, IL 60126, (630) 333-9121) WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE WINDSHIELD NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
