THE OIL FILTER HOUSING ADAPTOR IS DEFECTIVE. IT IS PLASTIC AND WHEN IT CRACKS IT DUMPS OIL DIRECTLY ONTO THE EXHAUST, WHICH CAN CAUSE A FIRE
MASSIVE OIL LEAK AT THE OIL COOLER HOUSING. (2 QUARTS PER DAY). LEAKING ON THE TOP OF THE MOTOR AND LEAKING DOWN THE BACK PASSENGER SIDE ENGINE DIRECTLY OVER THE HOT EXHAUST MANIFOLD. LEAK OCCURS AT ALL RPM RANGES AND LEAVES MASSIVE PUDDLES OF OIL EVERYWHERE I GO WHICH IS NOT GOOD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT. AND PRESENTS A FIRE HAZARD IF STUCK IN TRAFFIC AND ENGINE TEMPS RISE ENOUGH TO CAUSE IGNITION OF LEAKING OIL OVER A HOT EXHAUST MANIFOLD.

OIL FILTER ADAPTER HOUSING CRACKED DUE TO COLD WEATHER.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP WRANGLER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ENGINE WAS LEAKING OIL THAT PRODUCED A BURNING ODOR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ENGINE OIL LEAKED ONTO THE TRANSMISSION HOUSING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS ALSO EVIDENCE OF AN OIL LEAK ON THE GROUND UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO JEEP CHRYSLER DODGE RAM FIAT OF ONTARIO (1202 AUTO CENTER DR, ONTARIO, CA 91761, (909) 906-7097) TO BE DIAGNOSED, WHICH WAS STILL PENDING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 59,334.
CRACKED OIL FILTER HOUSING, PICTURES SHOW LEAKS ON THE GROUND AND CROSS MEMBER, CAME OUT TO THE LEAKS THIS MORNING.
FAILED OIL FILTER HOUSING AT 46,000 MILES. CATASTROPHIC FAILURE LEADING TO THE ENGINE BEING DRAINED OF ALL OIL WHILE BEING DRIVEN LESS THAN 7 MILES.
SEEN OIL SPOTS ON MY DRIVEWAY SO I TOOK MY JEEP TO A DEALER WHERE A POND INVESTIGATING THEY FOUND THAT THE ENGINE OIL ADAPTER WAS LEAKING. THERE IS 51,668 MILES ON IT
THE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY CRACKED CAUSING OIL TO GO ALL OVER THE MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION. IT'S AROUND 800.00+ TO REPLACE THIS PLASTIC PART AND IT'S A VERY VERY COMMON PROBLEM IN THE 2014 JEEP WRANGLER. WHY HASN'T THERE BEEN A RECALL? I LITERALLY STARTED IT AND LET IT IDLE FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE LEAVING FOR WORK AND IT DONE THIS IN MY CARPORT. OIL WAS EVERYWHERE.
2014 WRANGLER, LESS THAN 60,000 MILES, OIL FILTER HOUSING CRACKED. LEAKS A TON OF OIL NOW, SPLASHED IN THE EXHAUST, STINKS, AND COULD POSSIBLE START A FIRE. FOR SOME REASON THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE FOR THIS PARTICULAR YEAR AND MODEL BUT THERE ISN'T A RECALL 🤔

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP WRANGLER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER, PASSENGER, AND CENTER VENTS WERE DISTRIBUTING COLD AIR AND THE ANTI-FREEZE WAS DEPLETED WITHIN A WEEK. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP WRANGLER. THE CONTACT NOTICED OIL SPOTS ON THE DRIVEWAY FLOOR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DETERMINED THAT THE OIL COOLER FILTER HOUSING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 141,871.
ENGINE COOLANT AND OIL SPRAYED THE UNDERSIDE OF THE JEEP STARTED SMOKING PAID TO HAVE IT FIXED THEN 4 MONTHS LATER THE COOLANT IS STARTING TO LEAK AGAIN. WAS TOLD THE PARTS ARE CHEAPLY MADE AND I AM BETTER OFF DITCHING THIS JEEP BEFORE IT CATCHES FIRE.
COOLENT ELBOW WITH THERMOSTAT TENDS TO DEVELOP A SMALL LEAK , LEAKING COULD RESULT IN A ENGIN SEIZURE OR BEING STRANDED ON HIGHWAY/OFF ROAD NOT SIRE IF THIS IS A COMMON ISSUE OR ISOLATED
THE HEADS ON THE PENSTAR MOTOR WENT BAD DUE TO A SIMILAR ISSUES THAT WAS RECALLED ON THE 2012 AND 2013 JEEP WRANGLERS CAUSING THE COMPRESSION TO PULL IN COOLANT INTO THE CYLINDERS AND CAUSING IT NOT TO START.

JEEP HAS A KNOWN EPIC FAILURE IS DESIGN FLAW IN ITS 2014 WRANGLER WHEN IT SWITCHED FROM A METAL OIL FILTER COOLER HOUSING TO A PLASTIC OIL FILTER COOLER HOUSING. HUNDREDS OF CASES OF THE PART BREAKING/LEAKING OIL ALL OVER LOWER ENGINE AND EXHAUST WHICH IS A FIRE HAZARD. MY PART LEAKED OIL OVER AN UNKNOWN AMOUNT OF TIME BECAUSE I LIVE WITH A GRAVEL DRIVEWAY.....NOW DEALER SHOWS ME "METAL" LIKE GLOW TO OIL WHICH COULD BE ENGINE FAILURE.....HUNDREDS OF CASES

I HAVE TAKEN MY WRANGLER IN FOR THE 2ND TIME NOW WITH A BLACK SLUDGE IN THE OVERFLOW AND RADIATOR. THE LAST DEALERSHIP REPLACED THE RADIATOR, TRANS COOLER, ALL HOSES AND AND FLUSHED. NOW ONE YEAR LATER I AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE AND THE VEHICLE ONLY HAS 50,000 MILES. THE DEALERSHIP IS NOW TELLING ME THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE ISSUE IS, AND IS WANTING TO CHARGE ME FOR A FLUSH. THIS COOLANT IS RATED TO 150,000 MILES I SHOULD NOT NEED A FLUSH. I BELIEVE I MAY BE APART OF AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH SAND IN THE HEATER CORE AS THEY WANT TO REPLACE THIS BUT SAYING IT MAY NOT BE COVERED UNDER MY WARRANTY. THERE IS ALWAYS AN ODOR OF ANTI-FREEZE WITH THIS VEHICLE. I HAVE NOTICED WHEN AROUND OTHER WRANGLER JK'S I SMELL THE ANTIFREEZE WITH THEM TOO.
FIRST FEW YEARS HAD 2 MAJOR OIL LEAKS WHERE THEY TOOK APART CAR TO REPAIR. I BROUGHT CAR IN FOR OIL CHANGE ASKING THEM TO CHECK OIL THAT IS LEAKING FROM BOTTOM. WAS TOLD NOTHING WAS LEAKING. WEEKS LATER MY ENGINE WENT OUT WHILE DRIVING 2 CYLINDERS $4000 REPAIR. TWO MONTHS OUT OF WARRANTY. NOW MY JEEP IS LEAKING OIL AGAIN AND I'M SURE IF I TRUST THE JEEP DEALER AT THIS POINT. PLEASE HELP
ON 4/17/19, I WAS DRIVING MY 2014 JEEP WRANGLER JK STOPPED AT A STOP LIGHT (WITH MY WINDOW DOWN) WHEN I DETECTED THE ODOR OF BURNING OIL. I THOUGHT IT WAS FROM SOMEONE ELSE'S CAR. ON 4/21/19, I DETECTED THE ODOR AGAIN, AND WHEN I GOT HOME I OBSERVED OIL LEAKING AND ALL OVER THE UNDERSIDE OF MY VEHICLE. IT ALSO APPEARED TO BE DRIPPING ON MY HOT EXHAUST WHICH IS A FIRE HAZARD. I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO MY MECHANIC AND HE SAID IT'S DUE A CRACKED PLASTIC OIL COOLER HOUSING, IT'S GOING TO SET ME BACK A LOT OF MONEY, AND THE ISSUE MAY HAPPEN AGAIN. I'M LUCKY THAT THE OIL DID NOT CATCH ON FIRE. I'VE DONE RESEARCH ONLINE AND SEE THAT NUMEROUS 2014 JEEP WRANGLERS HAVE THIS OIL LEAKAGE DUE TO DESIGN FLAW UTILIZING PLASTIC PARTS.
OIL FILTER/COOLER HOUSING LEAK. THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH 2014/15 PENSTAR ENGINES. HAPPENING AROUND 50,000 MILES OR 5/6 OIL CHANGE. LEAK CAUSES OIL TO POOL ON TOP OF ENGINE AND RUNNING DOWN ONTO THE EXHAUST AND TRANSMISSION PAN. CAN LEAK AS MUCH AS .5 QUARTS OF OIL IN A SHORT MATTER OF TIME. THIS IS A $600 FIX AT A DEALER. RESEARCH SHOWS IT IS VERY COMMON. SOMETHING THIS COMMON SHOULD NOT BE PUT ON THE OWNERS EXPENSE.
AT 167414 MILES FOUND CLUTCH SLIPPING, TROUBLESHOT TO CLUTCH BEING SATURATED WITH ENGINE OIL. PRIOR TO THE CLUTCH SLIPPING THE OIL FILTER HOUSING CRACKED TWICE AND REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY TWICE, SUSPECTED LEAK CAUSED CLUTCH TO BE SATURATED. DEALER PLACE DYE IN OIL TO VERIFY LEAK IS FIXED. ALSO TRYING TO WORK WITH DEALER TO REPLACE CLUTCH AT REASONABLE PRICE SONCE DAMAGE WAS CAUSED BY A WARRANTIED PART. WHILE TRANSMISSION WAS OUT ALSO FOUND TRANSMISSION FLUID LEAK FROM THE INPUT SHAFT SEAL I HAVE ASKED DEALER TO FIX THIS ISSUE, BUT ONLY RECOMMENDED A TRANSMISSION SERVICE, NOTHING TO VERIFY THE LEAK AND VERIFY THE INPUT SHAFT IS NOT SCORNED OR DAMAGED. WILL TAKE TO ANOTHER DEALER AFTER BEING CHECKED FOR THE DYE, ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF JEEP CUSTOMER SERVICE. PHOTOS ATTACHED SHOW OIL AROUND CLUTCH, BELL HOUSING COATED WITH OIL AND THE INPUT SHAFT LEAK.

2014 JEEP WRANGLER UNLIMITED. STARTED WITH BURNING OIL SMELL IN VEHICLE. THEN PUDDLE ON THE GROUND WHEREVER I PARKED. WENT BACK TO SEE IF THEY PUT THE OIL FILTER ON WRONG. FOUND OUT IT WAS THE OIL HOUSING LEAKING. TAKING INTO JEEP FOR REPAIR ON 03/07/2019 MILAGE 94,000. SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RECALL, THERE ARE SO MANY VEHICLES WITH THE SAME ISSUES.
2014 JEEP WRANGLER UNLIMITED. STARTED WITH BURNING OIL SMELL IN VEHICLE. THEN PUDDLE ON THE GROUND WHEREVER I PARKED. HAD DEALER REPLACE ENGINE OIL COOLER MARCH 4TH 2019. MILAGE 87,000. SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RECALL WITHOUT A DOUBT SINCE THERE ARE SO MANY VEHICLES WITH THE SAME ISSUES.
40000 MILES AND THE REAR MAIN SEAL IS ALREADY LEAKING BAD. HAPPENED WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT IT IN 2016 AND THE DEALER SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG OR LEAKING AS I WAS LOOSING OIL.. NOW IT'S LEAKING TERRIBLY BAD AND THEY WON'T COVER IT.
ENGINE LIGHT IS ON DO TO OIL PRESSURE SENSOR. FROM EVERYTHING I'M READING THIS IS VERY COMMON IN THE JEEP WRANGLERS. WHY ISN'T THIS RECALLED. I WAS QUOTED $600.00 TO GET THIS FIX. I AM TOLD NOT TO DRIVE THIS AS IT COULD RUIN THE ENGINE.
I HAVE THE 2014 JEEP WRANGLER WITH ONLY 47000 MILES. I HAVE KEPT EXCELLENT CARE OF THIS VEHICLE AND IT IS USED ONLY AS DAILY DRIVER WITH NO ABUSE WHATSOEVER.JUST WITHIN THE MONTH OF 2/2019 A CODE; P0305 MISFIRE DEVELOPED WITH THE TYPICAL PENASTAR ENGINE "KNOCK" AND IDLING ROUGH. ALSO, THE LAST WEEK OF 2/2019 THERE WAS A LARGE OIL SPOT ON MY GARAGE FLOOR DUE TO AN OIL COOLER/OIL HOUSING LEAK. WE IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE SERVICE SUPERVISOR AT THE DEALERSHIP WHO STATED THAT THIS HAS BEEN A COMMON OCCURANCE AND THE OIL COOLER/HOUSING UNIT IS REPLACED OFTEN. HOW IT IS POSSIBLE THAT CHRYSLER CAN ALLOW THIS? AT 47000 MILES THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN AND IS ENEXCEPTABLE.UNTIL THIS EXTENSIVE REPAIR IS COMPLETED THE VEHICLE IS IS RENDERED USELESS AND MY JOB IS NOW INTERRUPTED. NOW IN ADDTION TO THE MISFIRE I NOW HAVE THIS HUGE OIL LEAK TO CONTEND WITH;...
THE OIL FILTER HOUSING AND OIL COOLER IS LEAKING CAUSING OIL TO POOL ON TOP OF ENGINE. THIS COULD CAUSE A FIRE DUE TO OIL RUNNING DOWN THE ENGINE AND GETTING ON THE EXHAUST.
THE OIL FILTER HOUSING IS LEAKING AND THE VALVES AND ROCKER ARMS NEED REPLACING

THE INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU IN MY COMPLAINT WAS SENT TO JEEP US CUSTOMER CARE, FIAT CHRYSLER AUTOMOTIVE GROUP (FCA) FIRST, AND THEY FWD IT TO THE JEEP CHRYSLER REGIONAL MANAGER FOR APPROVAL TO OPEN A "STAR" CASE SO ENGINEERING TECHNICIANS AT FCA COULD LOOK AT THE PROBLEM ON THE JEEP AS IDENTIFIED TO YOU. THE REGIONAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER --REFUSED TO OPEN THE "STAR" CASE --FEARING THAT THE IDENTIFIED ELECTRICAL & ENGINE PROBLEM COULD CAUSE A RECALL AND SAFETY RECALL. ON 2-18-2019 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM US CUSTOMER CARE AT FIAT CHRYSLER AUTOMOTIVE, AND TOLD THAT BECAUSE OF THE AREA MANAGEMENT REFUSAL TO OPEN A "STAR" MY CASE WITH THEM HAS BEEN CLOSED.
LEAKING OIL DUE TO OIL COOLER FAILURE. THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE ON THE 3.6L PENSTAR ENGINES AND CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP DOES NOTHING TO REPAIR IT. I HAVE LOOKED UP PLENTY OF THREADS AND VIDEOS ON THIS AND THIS IS NOT A EASY OR CHEAP REPAIR. THE RESULT IS OIL LEAKING FROM THE BACK OF THE OF THE INTAKE MANIFOLD AND DOWN THE BACK OF THE ENGINE AND TO THE GROUND.
WHILE DRIVING MODERATE SPEED ON A RURAL RD (EST MILES 115K), ALL RED & YELLOW LIGHTS CAME ON, "NO BUS" LIGHT CAME ON WHICH IS NOT LISTED IN THE OPS MANUAL, WINDSHIELD WIPERS CAME ON, RPM GAUGE WENT TO ZERO, FUEL GAUGE WENT TO EMPTY, ENGINE LIGHT FLASHING AND ENGINE RUNNING ROUGH TO POSSIBLE STALL. WITHIN A PERIOD OF TIME 10 MIN OR SO EVERYTHING CAME BACK TO NORMAL AND JEEP RAN OK. THIS HAS HAPPEN TO MY WIFE WHO IS A RURAL MAIL CARRIER ON MANY OCCASIONS. IN FACT IN 1 WEEK IT HAPPENED EVERY DAY AND IT HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES OVER A LONG PERIOD. JEEP SERVICE FOLKS DON'T KNOW WHAT IS CAUSING THE PROBLEM AS THE CODES DO NOT PIN POINT THE PROBLEM. THEY "THINK" POSSIBILITY IT COULD BE PWR FUSE BOX, MAIN COMPUTER OR FWD INSTRUMENT PANEL EA AT A COST OF OVER $1000 TO REPLACE....

CHAMPION CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM (4505 WEST 96TH STREET, INDIANAPOLIS, IN 46268, (317) 872-6200) DIAGNOSED THAT THE OIL COOLER FILTER HOUSING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 106,000.
DRIVE THE JEEP APPROXIMATELY 10 MILES ON 1/18/19. PARKED IT IN MY DRIVE WAY FOR THE NIGHT. AIR TEMP GOT TO BETWEEN 15 AND 20 DEGREES THAT NIGHT. AT APPROXIMATELY 10:30 AM I STARTED THE JEEP TO ALLOW IT TO WARM UP BEFORE DRIVING 3 MILES TO TOWN. AT ABOUT MILE 2 I NOTICED A BURNING OIL SMELL. I PULLED OFF THE ROAD AND SAW MOTOR OIL COVERING MY TRANSMISSION AND EXHAUST. I CHECKED THE OIL AND IT WAS ABOUT 1/2 A QUART LOW. I DROVE THE JEEP HOME AT THAT POINT AND PARKED IT. CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT. I WAS TOLD IT WAS A CRACK IN THE OIL COOLER HOUSING ASSEMBLY. SERVICE TECH EXPLAINED IT WAS A COMMON ISSUE WITH THIS YEAR MODEL AND THAT JEEP WAS AWARE OF IT. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT PRICING AND RECALLS THE TECH SAID IT WASN'T A RECALLED PART AND...
UPON STARTUP, IN PARK AND STATIONARY, ENGINE REVS TO 4000-5000 RPM, TURN IGNITION TO OFF AND RESTART, ENGINE REVS TO 4000-5000 RPM, TURN IGNITION TO OFF, WAIT 30 SECONDS RESTART EVERYTHING SEEMS FINE. BOUGHT NEW IN 2014, HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE LAST 5 YEARS.
FREEZING COLD (TEENS) TEMPS OUTSIDE, STARTED VEHICLE, HUGE OIL PUDDLE UNDER AFTER 10 MINUTES RUNNING TO WARM UP. TOOK SNAKE CAMERA, FOUND OIL RUNNING OUT REAR AND DOWN TRANNY BELL HOUSING. FOUND ENGINE OIL COOLER TO BE THE PROBLEM WHICH IS PLASTIC!!!!!!. THIS IS A FIRE HAZARD TO SAY THE LEAST.

2014 WRANGLER HAS KNOWN FAULTY OIL PRESSURE SENDING UNIT SENSOR AS THERE WAS A TSB ON JULY 15, 2014 STATING SUCH. TSB # 18-034-14 REV. A AND RRT 14-046. 1,000 MILES SHORT OF THE 3 YR, 36K MILE WARRANTY, BUT 6 MONTHS PAST THE 3 YEAR AND JEEP WANTS $411 TO FIX THEIR KNOWN PROBLEM. JEEP STATES SINCE IT IS A SENSOR, IT NOT COVERED BY THE LONGER POWERTRAIN WARRANTY.
TAKARA RECALL THE OIL COOLER HOUSING IS LEAKING WHICH IS CAUSING OIL TO RUN DOWN AND SPRAY ALL OVER UNDERNEATH THE ENGINE AND TRANS, CAUSING SMOME. I'M SEEING HUNDREDS OF POST ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE.
OIL FILTER COOLER ADAPTER LEAKING AND DUE TO THE PLACEMENT OF THE UNIT INTAKE MANIFOLD MUST BE REMOVED. OIL LEAKING AND COVERING UNDERCARRIAGE AND EXHAUST, APPEARS TO BE A CHRONIC AND WELL DOCUMENTED PROBLEM WITH THE 3.6 PENSTAR ENGINE. AFTER A LITTLE RESEARCH THE UNIT APPEARS TO BE A WELL KNOWN ISSUE. TIME FOR CHRYSLER TO STEP UP.
THE OIL FILTER HOUSING ON THE V6 3.6L PENSTAR FAILED, ALLOWING OIL TO LEAK DIRECTLY ONTO THE INTAKE MANIFOLD WHILE THE VEHICLE IS RUNNING. FROM THERE THE OIL DRAINED DOWN THE BACK OF THE ENGINE, DOWN THE TRANSMISSION AND ONTO THE EXHAUST SYSTEM. FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE I KNOW THIS TO BE A FIRE HAZARD. BASED ON MY OWN RESEARCH THIS FAILURE IS A KNOWN PROBLEM WITH THIS YEAR MODEL AND RESULTED IN THE MANUFACTURER MAKING CHANGES ON LATER MODELS. HOWEVER, THIS DOES ADDRESS THE THOUSANDS OF VEHICLES STILL ON THE ROAD. PART NUMBER SEEMS TO BE 68105583AA.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP WRANGLER. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY SHUT OFF. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO IVERSON MAX JEEP (101 2ND ST, HURON, SD) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CAMSHAFT SENSOR WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AND THE FAILURE WAS REMEDIED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 110,000.
OIL FILTER/ COOLER CRACKED AND LEAKING OIL. JEEP STATES I WAS 16DAYS OUTSIDE THE POWERTRAIN WARRANTY AND WILL NOT HELP COVER COSTS TO REPAIR WELL KNOWN ISSUE FOR 3.6L PENTASTAR ENGINE
I RECENTLY DROVE MY JEEP ABOUT 14 HOURS ROUNDTRIP FOR THANKSGIVING. I CHECKED THE OIL RIGHT BEFORE BECAUSE I KNEW AN OIL CHANGE WAS COMING UP, BUT IT WAS STILL FINE SO I DIDN'T WORRY ABOUT IT. ON THE WAY HOME, THE 'CHANGE OIL SOON' LIGHT CAME ON, SO I CHECKED IT AGAIN WHEN I GOT HOME AND IT WAS COMPLETELY DRY! I'M NOT REALLY SURE HOW IT WAS STILL RUNNING. I PUT MORE OIL IN IT AND TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND THEY FOUND A CRACK IN THE OIL COOLER. I HADN'T HAD AN ISSUE WITH LEAKING UNTIL THIS POINT, BUT I HEARD OTHERS WITH THE SAME TYPE OF CAR HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE.
