The rear view camera turns Black when put in reverse.
The dealer says that there is NO problem because they can not replicate it while there but it but the problem has not gone away my rear view camera and my side camera do not work
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE REVERSING OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY AT 2-3 MPH, THE REAR VIEW CAMERA BECAME INOPERABLE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO HUNTINGTON HONDA (1055 E JERICHO TURNPIKE, HUNTINGTON, NY 11743) WHERE THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT IT WAS PROBABLY A SHORT CIRCUIT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT INFORMED THE MANUFACTURER OF THE FAILURE, AND THE MANUFACTURER OPENED A CASE FOR THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT REFERENCED NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 20V440000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, BACK OVER PREVENTION) AND NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 20V439000 (BACK OVER PREVENTION, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM ) HOWEVER, THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,300.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 09018590. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000.
