Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PUSH TO START BUTTON NEEDED TO BE DEPRESSED SEVERAL TIMES IN ORDER FOR THE VEHICLE TO START. ADDITIONALLY, THE BACK UP CAMERA FAILED TO WORK. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO COGGIN HONDA JACKSONVILLE (11003 ATLANTIC BLVD, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32225, (904) 302-8217) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STARTER AND CAMERA NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 09018590. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000.
