GOODYEAR ASSURANCE ALL-SEASON TIRE INCURRED A BLOWOUT WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE. THE TIRE WAS NEW WITH APPROXIMATELY 100 MILES OF USE. THERE WAS NO OBSERVATION OF MATERIAL IN THE ROADWAY AND NO OBJECT FOUND IN THE TIRE.

THE FAILURE RECURRED ON ALL FOUR TIRES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE DOT NUMBER WAS UNKNOWN. THE APPROXIMATE VEHICLE AND TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17,000.
