Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE JOURNEY EQUIPPED WITH KUMHO SOLUS KH16 TIRES, SIZE: 225/55R19. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH, ONE OF THE TIRES DEFLATED. THE FOLLOWING DAY, THE SAME TIRE EXHIBITED A LEAK AND WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ANOTHER TIRE DEFLATED. THE CONTACT HAD THE TIRE REPAIRED. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON ALL FOUR TIRES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE DOT NUMBER WAS UNKNOWN. THE APPROXIMATE VEHICLE AND TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17,000.
