Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE JOURNEY EQUIPPED WITH KUMHO SOULUS KH16 TIRES, SIZE: 225/55/R16. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE TIRE WAS LOW. AFTER INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT ALL OF THE TIRES WERE LEAKING AIR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER, WHO STATED THAT THE TIRE WAS DEFECTIVE AND CONFIRMED THAT THE TIRE NEEDED TO REPLACED. THE TIRE WAS REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE AND TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 32,000.
