OUR VEHICLE WOULD VIBRATE WHILE WE WERE DRIVING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. WE THOUGHT THIS WAS A NORMAL THING WITH THE DODGE JOURNEY BUT ASKED THE DEALERSHIP TO LOOK AT THE ISSUE ANYWAYS. AFTER AN INSPECTION, OUR TIRES ON OUR 6-MONTH OLD CAR HAD BEEN WORN DOWN AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE TIRE COMPANY REQUESTED AN ALIGNMENT CHECK AND IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE RIGHT SIDE INNER AND OUTER TIE RODS ARE BENT. WE HAVE NOT BEEN IN ANY ACCIDENTS/CAR COLLISIONS. I HAVE CONTACTED THE CHRYSLER CORP ABOUT THIS ISSUE WHO IS LOOKING INTO IT FURTHER BUT CLAIM THERE MAY HAVE BEEN SOME PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE. WE HAVE BEEN IN NO ACCIDENTS AND HAVE ONLY HAD COSMETIC WORK DONE TO THE LEFT SIDE DOOR (PAINT ONLY). *TR
HAVE HAD THE HOOD RELEASE NEXT OT THE PARKING BRAKE PEDAL. OPEN THE HOOD WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.THE BRAKE PEDAL IS TO CLOSE IN PROXIMITY TO THE HOOD LATCH. EACH TIME YOU RELEASE THE PARKING BRAKE THE HOOD RELEASES. *TR
