THIS INCIDENT HAS OCCURRED WITH 3 DIFFERENT DRIVERS AND IN THE SAME EXACT LOCATION 7 OUT OF THE 8 TIMES. VEHICLE IS ALWAYS COASTING (NOT ACCELERATING) AROUND 20 MILES PER HOUR. WHEN THIS INCIDENT OCCURS, THE ENGINE TURNS OFF, WHICH DISABLES THE STEERING, BRAKES, AND ACCELERATION. THIS LEAVES THE DRIVER AND ITS PASSENGERS IN SERIOUS, POTENTIALLY LETHAL, DANGER.
