I am having an intermittent, no communication with TCM, Active stabiliy control light comes on, the vehicle feels like it pops into neutral jarring the vehicle and once this happens i have code U0101 in PCM,ABS, ESM, BCM,IPC,RFH along with a U11C2 code in the PCM. also sometimes when this happens if i turn the vehicle off it won’t start again. I have not brought it to the dealership as i can’t afford it, but 2013-2015 dodge dart has a recall for the tcm because of the tcm bracket, causing almost ever issue my vehicle has. And i was told it is engine specific but the 1.4,2.0, and 2.4 all came with the same TCM and bracket. I aquired this vehicle 2 months ago and i have had the issue intermittently since i got it. i am a mechanic over 10 years and i have replaced the alternator due to...

After purchasing the car used, the car got stuck in reverse and would not start or shift into/out of gear or park. The dealership determined that it was "shifter cable bushing broken out of cable eyelet" which we saw was on a recall list for these vehicles. Upon further investigation, we discovered that the recall work HAD been done while with a previous owner. However it appears that even the recall work has failed. The necessary part to fix the issue is on back order and more than one shop has confirmed that they are unable to get the part to make the repair. I spoke with a representative from Chrysler and they said that since the VIN doesn't pull up a recall, they won't help us with this issue. The car, which was purchased 6 days prior to the incident, now sits at the dealership and if it ever...
Driving down the highway, I pushed on the gas pedal and my engine began to rev. I looked at the dashboard, and the dashboard showed I was in park. I looked down at my shifter, and the shifter was positioned in drive but the light on the column was showing I was in park. I was able to get pulled over and stopped. I moved the shifter into park and back into drive. Transmission remainder in park. I turned the car off and repeated the steps. The transmission remained in park. After the 4th attempt, I left the car off for more than a minute. The transmission finally shifted into drive. Less than an hour later, I was turning through a busy intersection, and the engine began to rev again. This time, the transmission did not show it was I park and the gear shifter was in the drive position....

My Dodge Dart with 2.4L engine was recalled for excessive oil consumption. On 09/09/2021 the vehicle was brought in for service and I was told the PCM was to be reprogrammed and that would fix the excessive oil consumption issue. I am now 3,000 miles after the PCM repair and I am still burning a quart of oil. I called the dealer, O'Daniel Automotive Group in Fort Wayne Indiana, on 01/28/2022 to speak with a service rep and was told they weren't available and I would get a return call. Today is 02/05/2022 and no one has returned the call.

When I first got this car three years ago I had a shift problem in the transmission it got stuck in the gear and I couldn't pull the key out when I did some research I realize that there was a recall so of course I went to the dealership and have them take a look at it to fix it they said that I will still be charge in the problem wasn't even originally fixed they rigged it they just made it to where I could pull off but I was still charged and now a couple years later I am having transmission problems again and the dealership is saying that I need a transmission as I am doing a research I realize that my transmission again has a recall on it.

TOOK MY VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP REPAIR A SAFETY RECALL WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE MONTHS BEFORE THEY WOULD HAVE THE PART AND THEY HAD NO LOANERS FOR ME THEY SAID ITS AGAISNT POLICY TO LOAN A VEHICLE AND NOW THEY HAVE ME DRIVING IN AN UNSAFE VEHICLE TO ME THIS JUST FEELS LIKE A WAY PUSH NEW VEHICLES. MY VEHICLE IS A SAFETY CONCERN I CANT JUST AFFORD GET ANOTHER VEHICLE OR RENT ONE AND HOPE FOR REIMBURSMENT
WHILE DRIVING DOWN MY STREET AND ACCELERATING, THE CAR STALLED OUT. NO WARNING LIGHTS ON DASH. HAD A HUNCH AND CHECKED THE OIL. IT WAS NEARLY BONE-DRY. ADDED TWO QUARTS AND IT APPEARS TO BE FUNCTIONING NORMALLY. I BELIEVE THE ISSUE TO BE EXCESSIVE OIL CONSUMPTION. WITH THE LACK OF WARNING LIGHT, AND JUST UNUSUAL OCCURRENCE, I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED. I'M JUST GLAD I WASN'T ON THE FREEWAY (AS OTHER DART OWNERS I'VE TALKED TO HAVE BEEN).
CAR CUT OFF WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGH WAY RESULTING IN A ACCIDENT
MY CAR KEEPS CUTTING OFF AT RANDOM. THERE ARE NO DASH LIGHTS.I AM REPORTING BECAUSE IT JUST HAPPEN TO ME ON THE HIGHWAY
THE SHIFTER ASSEMBLY IS WEAK. THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY
CLUTCH PEDAL GETS STUCK CLOSE TO THE FLOOR UPON START UP AND CLUTCH MAY NOT RE-ENGAGE WHEN UP SHIFTING. HAPPENED ON A BUSY CITY STREET AS WELL AS ON THE HIGHWAY WHEN TRYING TO MERGE INTO THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RECALL, AS THE SECOND OWNER I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED AND THE TIME OF THE WARRANTY EXPIRED ALTHOUGH I AM STILL UNDER THE MILEAGE BUT THEY REFUSE TO HELP ME. I WOULD HAVE KNOWN IT WAS NOT JUST DRIVER ERROR WHEN IT FIRST HAPPENED SUMMER OF 2019 IF I HAD BEEN PROPERLY NOTIFIED. INSTEAD IT WAS NOT UNTIL SEPT 27 2020 WHEN THE CLUTCH PEDAL STARTED STICKING THAT I RESEARCHED AND FOUND THE INFO OF THE SERVICE BULLETIN. 4 DEALERSHIPS HAD MY CAR MULTIPLE TIMES AND NONE OF THEM MENTIONED THIS EITHER.

CLUTCH PEDAL REMAINS DEPRESSED INTERMITTENTLY ON START UP AND WHILE DRIVING. THEIR IS NOT ENOUGH PRESSURE IN THE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER FOR ADEQUATE RESISTANCE OR TO RAISE THE PEDAL TO ITS STANDARD POSITION. THERE HAS BEEN A CLASS ACTION LOSS SUIT RELATED TO THIS EXACT ISSUE ON 2013-2015 DODGE DARTS BUT MY DEALERSHIP APPEARS BLISSFULLY UNAWARE OF THE ISSUE. START CASE# S1406000001 APPEARS TO DIRECTLY CALL OUT THIS ISSUE BUT NONE OF THE PROCEDURES WERE FOLLOWED WHEN INSPECTING MY CAR FOR CLUTCH RELATED ISSUES. THE TECHNICAL RESPONSE WAS "MAYBE YOUR MAT WAS CAUGHT BY THE CLUTCH PEDAL?" SHORTLY AFTER LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP I WAS UNABLE TO SHIFT INTO FIRST AND THE PEDAL WAS NOT RAISING. AFTER 3-4 ATTEMPTS I WAS ABLE TO GET IT TO RAISE HIGH ENOUGH TO DISENGAGE AND ALLOW ME TO SHIFT INTO SECOND, THANKFULLY I WAS CLOSE ENOUGH TO MY HOME I DIDNT NEED TO GO...
THE RECALL FOR THE GEAR SHIFT HAS BEEN WORKED ON BY A DODGE SERVICE DEALER AND I'M STILL HAVING ISSUES IF THE GEAR STICKING INTERMITTENTLY WHERE I CAN'T SWITCH FROM DRIVE TO PARK AND I GET STRANDED IN THE HIGHWAY. I AM A SINGLE MOM WITH A 5 MONTH OLD AND I AM AFRAID FOR US. I HAVE TAKEN BACK TO SERVICE FOR A RECHECK AND THEY SAY EVERYTHING IS FINE. IT'S NOT FINE! THIS HAPPENS. *TR
MASTER CLUTCH CYLINDER / CLUTCH / CVC DELETE VALVE COMPLETE FAILURE, CAUSING VEHICLE WHILE IN OPERATION TO GET STUCK INTO GEAR AND CLUTCH TO DROP TO FLOOR. PREMATURE CLUTCH FAIL DUE TO THE CVC DELETE VALVE AND PLASTIC MATERIAL USED IN MASTER CYLINDER, THE CVC DELETE VALVE IMPACTS HYDRAULIC PRESSURE OF CLUTCH CAUSING A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE WHILE OPERATING VEHICLE AND DRIVER BECOMES STRANDED. THE CLUTCH, DUE TO THE MANUFACTURING OF THE PLASTIC FITTING DISENGAGES MAKING SHIFTING NOT POSSIBLE FOR DRIVER.
2015 DODGE DART (CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER) / (CLUTCH CABLE) PREMATURELY FAILED IN WHEREFORE THE HYDRAULIC CLUTCH SYSTEM IS DEFECTIVE THE 'CLUTCH PEDAL LOSES PRESSURE, STICKS TO THE FLOOR, AND FAILS TO ENGAGE/DISENGAGE GEARS." WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE ON MAY 22ND, 2020 THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT ENGAGE IN CLUTCH SHIFTING AND WAS A RESULT OF POTENTIAL COLLISION IN OPERATION OF THE VEHICLE. THEREFORE, RESULT THE DODGE DART WILL STALL, FAIL TO ACCELERATE AND SUFFER FROM PREMATURE FAILURE OF THE CLUTCH COMPONENTS, INCLUDING THE "CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER AND RESERVOIR HOSE, CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER, RELEASE BEARING, CLUTCH DISC, PRESSURE PLATE AND FLYWHEEL.' *TR

RECENTLY I WILL BE DRIVING ON THE ROAD SHIFT THE CAR INTO ANY GEAR ACCELERATE AND THE RPMS WILL GO TO 6000-6500, BUT THE CAR GOES NO WHERE. I TOOK IT TO TWO DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS WHICH BOTH OF THEM STATED THIS WAS A DODGE ISSUE; WHERE THERE IS OPEN LAWSUITS AND LEMON LAW ACTS IN PROGRESS FOR THIS SAME ISSUE. THE 2016 RECALL FOR 2016 DODGE DARTS EXPLAINS EVERY PROBLEM I'M HAVING AND EVEN SAYS THE PARTS THAT HAVE GONE BAD WILL GO BAD. IT ALSO STATES THAT THE PROBLEM MAY AFFECT MANUAL TRANSMISSION 2015 DARTS. THE DODGE MECHANICS TOLD ME I NEED A NEW CLUTCH, THROW OUT BEARING, AND FLY WHEEL. $2,000 FIX IN WHICH THEY SAID WOULD...

MY CAR SWITCHES GEARS WHILE THE CAR IS IN MOTION. IT ALSO TAKES A LONG TIME FOR THE KEY TO BE RELEASED FROM THE IGNITION WHEN THE CAR IS IN PARK. A GLITCH IN THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM CAUSES MY LIGHTS TO GO DIM OR COMPLETELY TURN OFF WHILE I AM DRIVING.
ON 10/24/19 WHILE DRIVING ON HIGHWAY THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SMOKE AND LOSE POWER. I HAD TO MAKE AN EMERGENCY EXIT OF FREEWAY ONCE VEHICLE WAS TURNED OFF THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT TURN OVER INSTEAD IT MADE A THUMP SOUND. THE VEHICLE SMELLED LIKE GAS AND OIL INSIDE. LEADING UP THE THIS EARLIER IN THE WEEK THE VEHICLE WOULD STALL WHILE AT STOP SIGNS AND LIGHTS FEELING LIKE IT WAS GOING TO DIE. CAR WAS TOWED TO MY HOUSE THEN ON 10/25/19 VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO DODGE DEALER WHERE IT IS CURRENTLY STILL AT.
I HAVE TRIED TO SCHEDULE A RECALL FOR MONTHS. I RECEIVED THE NOTICE, CALLED JIM CLICK DODGE, WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO RECALL FOR MONTHS. AFTER ABOUT 4 MONTHS OF THIS, THEY STARTED TELLING ME THERE WERE NO PARTS AVAILABLE. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT TODAY AND WHEN I ARRIVED, THEY SAID THAT THEY DIDN'T ORDER THE PART AND IT WOULD BE ANOTHER WEEK. I'VE CALLED LARRY H. MILLER AND WAS PUT ON A "LIST". I CONTACTED CHRYSLER AND THEY WEREN'T ANY HELP EITHER AND JUST KEPT SAYING "I'M SORRY". CHRYSLER NEEDS TO FIX THIS PROBLEM AND IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED NOW.
THE CAR IS USING OIL AND WILL COMPLETELY DIE WHILE DRIVING. WHEN IT BECOMES EMPTY IF I COME TO A STOP IT WILL COMPLETELY DIE AND I LOSE ALL POWER STEERING AND THE CAR STRUGGLES TO TURN BACK ON. DODGE IS AWARE OF THIS ISSUE ON SO MANY DARTS AND NOTHING IS BEING FIXED. THIS ENGINE NEEDS TO BE RECALLED! TWICE BETWEEN OIL CHANGES THIS LAST TIME I HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY EMPTY. THIS HAS HAPPENED SINCE THE VERY BEGINNING THAT I HAD THE CAR.
