TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE DART. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE CLUTCH PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR WITHOUT WARNING. THE FAILURE RECURRED THREE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THREE DIFFERENT DEALERS, INCLUDING THE NELSON AUTO CENTER, INC DEALER (218-998-8878, LOCATED AT 2228 COLLEGE WAY, FERGUS FALLS, MN 56537) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CLUTCH NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE BY EMAIL WITH NO RESPONSE IN RETURN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 45,000.
