TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE DART. WHEN SHIFTING GEARS TO DRIVE, THE VEHICLE HESITATED. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A NOTICE FOR MANUFACTURER CAMPAIGN NUMBER: V50 (REPROGRAM PCM). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ELMWOOD CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (LOCATED AT 625 TAUNTON AVE, EAST PROVIDENCE, RI 02914, (401) 438-0400), BUT THE POWER TRAIN CONTROL MODULE WAS UNABLE TO BE REPROGRAMMED DUE TO THE DATA LINK CONNECTOR FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000.
