SITTING AT A STOP LIGHT, MY DASHBOARD FLASHED BATTERY SAVER. I THOUGHT IT WAS MAYBE MY KEY FAB SINCE I WASN'T HAVING ANY OTHER ISSUES. WHEN I GOT HOME, I TRIED TO LOCK AND SET THE ALARM WITH THE KEY FAB AND IT WOULDN'T WORK. I TRIED LOCKING MY DOORS MANUALLY, AND IT WOULDN'T WORK THAT WAY EITHER. WHILE SITTING IN A PARKING LOT MY 2011 DODGE CHARGER BATTERY LIGHT CAME ON. I TURNED MY VEHICLE OFF AND TRIED TO RE-START IT BUT NOTHING. I CALLED AAA THE TECHNICIAN TRIED TO JUMP START IT BUT MY BATTERY WOULDN'T TAKE THE CHARGE. AFTER TESTING THE BATTERY IT WAS COMPLETELY DEAD. I OWN A 2011 DODGE CHARGER AND RECENTLY HAD TO REPLACE THE ALTERNATOR. THE BATTERY LIGHT SUDDENLY APPEARED FOLLOWED BY THE ABS AND SKID CONTROL LIGHTS. WHILE LEAVING WALMART THE CAR STARTED TO MAKE A WHINING LOUD NOISE THAT CAME FROM UNDER THE HOOD AT THE SAME TIME MY CAR MADE A SOUND AND BATTERY SAVER MODE CAME ON. DRIVING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS, LOST AL ELECTRICAL FOLLOWED BY LOSS OF POWER STEERING, WAS ABLE TO EXIT AND PARK IN A CHAIN STORE PARKING LOT. TOWED TO DEALERSHIP AND DIAGNOSED AS A BAD ALTERNATOR. WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY EVERY INDICATOR ON MY VEHICLE DASH LIT UP WHICH CAUSED SOME ALARM AND CONFUSION FOR HIS DRIVER. APPROXIMATELY 30 SECONDS LATER, THE RADIO COMPLETELY SHUT OFF AND THE PHONE CHARGER IN MY OUTLET PROCEEDED TO BLINK. THE RPM INDICATOR WENT UP TO 3 AND A JERKING MOTION ENSUED. I PROCEEDED DOWN THE HIGHWAY INTO A LEFT TURNING LANE SO THAT I MAY GET OFF THE HIGHWAY. FORTUNATELY, MY CAR MADE THE TURN AND MY DESTINATION WAS ONLY ABOUT 1.5 MILES FURTHER. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH, THE BATTERY POWER SAVER AND ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AS THE RADIO FAILED. ALSO, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS CAME ON INDEPENDENTLY, THE HEADLIGHTS SHUT OFF, THE DASHBOARD LIGHTS FLASHED ON AND OFF, AND THE BRAKES HESITATED TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE STALLED.
