Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT VARIOUS WARNING LAMPS ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL AND THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE CONTACT WAS NOT ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE AND IT WAS TOWED TO THE AUTHORIZED DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN REPLACED THE ALTERNATOR ASSEMBLY. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION LETTER FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V634000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE RECALL REPAIR WAS NOT PERFORMED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
