DT: THE CONTACT STATES WHILE STOPPING ON AN INCLINE HAD TO PUT FOOT ON THE BRAKE PEDAL. THEN, ON THE ACCELERATOR. THE VEHICLE ROLLED BACKWARDS IF SHE DIDN'T KEEP FOOT ON THE BRAKE. SHE CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP TWICE, BUT THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN INSPECTED . ALSO, THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN TAKEN TO THE DEALERSHIP TWICE CONCERNING THE FLICKERING OF THE DASHBOARD LIGHTS. THE DEALERSHIP WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. VEHICLE IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY.*AK UPDATED 1/11/2006 - THE LEFT FRONT SPEAKER MADE NOISE. THE DEALER FLASHED THE PCM WITH NEW SOFTWARE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF THE DASH LIGHTS FLICKERING. *NM

SOMETIMES, MY '300 TOURING' (3.5 LITER HO V6) JUST 'LUNGES' FORWARD WHILE I'M STOPPED AT A STOPLIGHT FOR NO PARTICULAR REASON. THIS HAS OCCURRED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS (ABOUT EIGHT TIMES NOW) WHETHER MY CAR IS 'COLD' AND/OR AFTER IT HAS 'WARMED-UP' FOR A WHILE. SOMETIMES, EVEN WITH THE BRAKE PEDAL FIRMLY DEPRESSED, IT'LL STILL 'LUNGE' FORWARD...FEELING AS IF MY CAR WILL FLY RIGHT THROUGH THE INTERSECTION. ON 04/04/05, WHILE I WAS STOPPED AT A STOPLIGHT BEHIND ANOTHER CAR, MY CAR 'LUNGED' FORWARD ONCE AGAIN, BUT THIS TIME CAUSING ME TO REAR-END THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF ME...CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE FRONT OF MY CAR, AS WELL AS TO THE REAR OF THE OTHER. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, I WAS ACTUALLY ENROUTE TO MY LOCAL CHRYSLER DEALER TO HAVE A 'RECALL NOTICE' TAKEN CARE OF (FOR INAPPROPRIATE GAUGE CLUSTER READINGS).
