I AM WRITING FOR THE FIRST TIME OF A DEAL WITH MY 2013 CHYSLER 200 BOUGHT IN 8/2013. THE GAS MILEAGE HAS BEEN TERRIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST. I WENT TO DO A TRADE IN FOR A 2015 AND WAS TOLD BY THE CAR DEALERSHIP CHRYSLER IN AVONDALE, AZ THAT THIS CAR DOES NOT HAVE A CERTAIN SERIAL NUMBER AND SO IS NOT TRADEABLE WITH CHRYSLER DUE TO A DROP IN BLUE BOOK VALUE SOON AFTER I PAID FULL PURCHASE PRICE AT THAT TIME OF $19,000. WITH ALL GAP INSURANCE ETC. I PAID $27,000 FOR THIS CAR. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE CAR HAS THAT THE GENERAL PUBLIC IS NOT AWARE OF AND DROPPED THE VALUE DOWN SO LOW IT IS NOT EVEN TRADEABLE OR BUY BACK VALUE IS SO LOW EVEN CHRYSLER WONT TAKE IT.
