THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 20V736000 (AIR BAGS) HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE RECALL REPAIR WAS NOT YET AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAD EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. HAWTHORNE CHEVROLET (1180 GOFFLE RD, HAWTHORNE, NJ 07506) AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE MANUFACTURER INSTRUCTED THE DEALER TO PROVIDE THE CONTACT WITH A LOANER VEHICLE SINCE THE REMEDY WAS NOT YET AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
