THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT REFERENCED NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V044000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); HOWEVER, THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 37,000.

NO RECORD OF A PROBLEM BY CHEVROLET SERVICE CENTER OR ANY OTHER SERVICE CENTER WHO HAS USED DIAGNOSTICS TO DETERMINE WHY THE LIGHT STAYS ON. 3. SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT STAYS ON CONSTANTLY.
