The local dealer was contacted and confirmed that the recall repair parts were not yet available. The contact stated that the rearview camera image was cloudy while reversing. The dealer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repairs. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 49,000.
