Consumer Description

THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE TRANSMISSION SLIPPED IN AND OUT OF GEARS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO VANN DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM (899 S DELSEA DR, VINELAND, NJ 08360) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH THE FUEL INJECTORS AND THE ENGINE NEEDING TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT YET REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE BUT OFFERED NO ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 32,000.
