Consumer Description

My air bag light has been flickering on and off for quite some time now. I’ve taken it to a professional mechanic as well as Gerber and they have both fixed the issue by unplugging and replugging the harness underneath the passenger seat. I was told this issue with this type of Chrysler has been brought by the shop numerous times and I may have missed a recall repair on this vehicle. I have repeated this method numerous of times but at this point it is an inconvenience and safety issue. How am I able to receive a recall notice to get this issue fixed?
