THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS ARE VERY DIM, AND WHEN IT'S RAINING AT NIGHT, IT IS ALMOST TOO DIM TO DRIVE SAFELY. THE HIGH BEAMS WORK FINE, BUT THE LOW BEAMS ARE TOO DIM TO BE EFFECTIVE.
