VEHICLE AIRBAG ECU INOPERABLE AND FLASHES FAULT CODE, BUT SOURCE OF ISSUE CAN NOT BE FOUND. MECHANIC SPECULATES IT IS EITHER OCCUPANT SEAT SENSOR ISSUE OR COMPUTER SOFTWARE ISSUE.
