Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD ESCAPE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE ATTEMPTING TO PARK THE VEHICLE, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL BECAME INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HARRIS FORD LINCOLN LOCATED AT 20006 64TH AVE W, LYNNWOOD, WA 98036, (425) 774-4141, TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE INSTRUMENT PANEL NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT ASSOCIATED THE FAILURE WITH NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V406000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM), HOWEVER THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 47,000.
