TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 HYUNDAI SONATA. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL CLICKING NOISE DETECTED FROM THE STEERING WHEEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO STEVENSON HYUNDAI OF JACKSONVILLE (2325 N MARINE BLVD, JACKSONVILLE, NC 28546, (910) 455-1555) WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS OUT OF WARRANTY AND THE COUPLER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AT THE CONTACT'S EXPENSE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000. THE VIN WAS INVALID.
