TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD F-150. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS BEING SERVICED AND THE TIRES WERE ROTATED BY AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE LUG NUTS COULD NOT BE REMOVED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LUG NUTS WERE REPLACED IN AUGUST OF 2019. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 102,020.*JB
