Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2016 Ford F-150. The contact stated that when the vehicle was taken to the dealer for regular maintenance, the contact was informed that the lug nuts were swollen, and the mechanic was unable to remove the wheel to replace the tires. The tires were not replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 93,000.
