Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2016 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while the independent mechanic was rotating the tires, he was informed that the lug nuts on all four wheels were swollen. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the dealer did not inspect the lug nuts and informed the contact that they were unaware of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 75,000.
