The contact owns a 2016 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while receiving maintenance at an independent mechanic, the mechanic was unable to remove the driver’s and front passenger’s side lug nuts. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact linked the failure with Manufacturer Recall Number: 23S17. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 120,000.
