TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 MAZDA CX-5. WHILE THE CONTACT'S WIFE WAS DRIVING TOWARDS HIM, HE NOTICED THE DAY TIME RUNNING LAMPS WERE FLASHING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE BULB BURNED OUT FOLLOWED BY THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE BULB TWO WEEKS LATER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO CHAMPION MAZDA (LOCATED AT 765 CARLISLE ST, HANOVER, PA 17331, (717) 637-6655) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT BOTH DAY TIME RUNNING LAMP BULBS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000. *AS *TR
