WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE CITY STREET ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A TURN THE STEERING LOCKED UP ALMOST RAN INTO THE BACK OF A MAIL TRUCK. HAD TO HAVE THE CAR TOWED HOME COULD HAVE BEEN A FATALITY.
