TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD EDGE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR CARGO DOOR BECAME AJAR AND OPENED INDEPENDENTLY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS NO AUDIBLE OR VISUAL WARNING OF THE DOOR BEING AJAR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DOOR STRUCK THE HEADER OF THE GARAGE DOOR ENTRY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO PAT MILLIKEN FORD (9600 TELEGRAPH RD, REDFORD CHARTER TWP, MI 48239, (313) 731-6436) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THE FAILURE WAS UNABLE TO BE DUPLICATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 9,500. *TT
