Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD ESCAPE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS AT THE DEALER FOR A TIRE ROTATION, THE TECHNICIAN ADVISED THAT THE LUG NUTS FOR ALL FOUR TIRES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE LUG NUTS FOR ALL FOUR TIRES WERE PREVIOUSLY REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED FOR THE RECENT FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 94,000.
