TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD ESCAPE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL ODOR EMITTING FROM THE AIR VENTS OF THE VEHICLE. EXHAUST FUMES ALSO ENTERED THE CABIN OF THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE ODOR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 48,400. UPDATED 07/19/17*LJ *CN
