Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 MAZDA CX-9. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD CONSUME EXCESSIVE OIL WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE THE FAILURE WAS UNABLE TO BE REPLICATED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TECHNICIAN MENTIONED THAT THE CONSUMPTION OF OIL WAS UNUSUAL AND COULD CAUSE THE ENGINE TO FAIL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 900 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 42,000. *TR
