SPOUSE WAS DRIVING HER 2003, FORD WINDSTAR SE, GOING UP AN ON-RAMP TO A MAJOR HIGH WAY, WHEN THE VEHICLE'S ENGINE REVERED HIGH, SLIPPING OUT OF DRIVE AND THE VEHICLE CAME TO A STOP AFTERWARDS.
