When the vehicle is being driven, if a person is sitting in the rear seat of the RV while wearing the seat belt, any slight bump or uneven pavement causes their body to repeatedly bounce erratically up and down. The RV is sold stating that they have seats in the rear (2 lap belts in sofa) which is why I purchased the vehicle. From my first experience of sitting in this seat, it is not functional and cannot be used when the RV is in transit without compromising someone's safety. This was brought to the attention of the dealer and the warranty company. They went for a test drive and experienced the same situation. At my appointment with the warranty company , they inspected it and confirmed my problem. They said it was not something they were able to fix, nor was it covered under warranty.
