The contact stated while driving at undisclosed speeds and towing a trailer, the gooseneck ball detached from the bed of the truck and the trailer disconnected from the vehicle. The contact was able to pull over safely. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact called the local dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
