The contact owns a 2023 Ram 1500. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the contact noticed a coolant odor coming from the vehicle. Additionally, the contact noticed a puddle of condensation underneath the front end of the vehicle. The contact stated that the vehicle drove normally and there were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken a dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the radiator was cracked and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure reoccurred 6 months later. The vehicle was then taken to the same dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the new radiator had cracked and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired.
