Defect: Mazda North American Operations (Mazda) is recalling certain 2007-2012 CX-7, CX-9, and 2009-2012 Maza6 vehicles. These vehicles had their passenger frontal air bag inflators previously replaced under a prior recall using inflators of the same design. The inflators may explode due to propellant degradation occurring after long-term exposure to high absolute humidity, temperature and temperature cycling.
Consequence: An inflator explosion may result in sharp metal fragments striking the driver or other occupants resulting in serious injury or death.

Well I was backing up from a parking spot when put out of the blue my vehicle wouldn't move . The drive side wheel is not working and these little around thing where on the ground . Before that happen the driver side tire would become lose to where it would fall off.

Coolant was leaking into my engine where the oil goes and I was unaware. The vehicle stalled in me while driving because of this. Even after figuring out what the issue was and trying to have it fix it became inoperable.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 MAZDA CX-9. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBERS: 17V457000 (AIR BAGS) AND 15V451000 (SUSPENSION) HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE RECALL REPAIR WAS NOT YET AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAD EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO SCHEDULE A RECALL REPAIR APPOINTMENT HOWEVER, THERE WAS NO AUTHORIZED DEALER NEARBY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
